New Showbiz Analysis

The film is primarily a thriller focusing on interpersonal tension. It avoids exploring multiple aspects of diversity and instead focuses on a high-stakes domestic deception plot. While the narrative lacks LGBTQ+ and disability representation, it slightly subverts traditional gender roles by featuring an active, calculating protagonist. Overall, the film's diversity is limited by its focus on individual criminality and traditional thriller structures, offering little commentary on broader social institutions.
