AI Analysis

Naandhi is a procedural legal drama that prioritizes thematic interrogation over demographic breadth. It finds its strength in a sophisticated critique of the judicial and custodial apparatus, shifting the power dynamic from the state to the legal advocate. The film disrupts traditional hero tropes by placing the protagonist in a position of extreme systemic vulnerability. This focus on the fragility of justice provides a layer of social commentary that transcends simple genre tropes. However, the film lacks intersectional representation. It does not feature LGBTQ+ identities or characters with disabilities, remaining largely within conventional social frameworks.
