Official Synopsis

In the year 2008 the FBI launches Operation Discharge in order to quell the epidemic of immigrant and inhalant smugglers plaguing international trade. Soon, rival criminal warlords employ bogus heavy metal tours to illegally transport the large amount of paint and humans needed to fuel the worst of the sweat shops... in Naples Italy. The resulting bloodshed is preposterous.
