AI Analysis

Hacker is a genre-driven crime thriller that finds its identity through the lens of the immigrant experience. By centering a Ukrainian protagonist, the film moves away from traditional Western-centric narratives to explore economic and social integration. While the film lacks engagement with LGBTQ+ or disability representation, it offers a skeptical view of institutional power. The protagonist's transition from financial necessity to systemic rebellion provides a unique social commentary on capitalist structures. Ultimately, the film's diversity is concentrated in its ethnic and cultural perspectives rather than a broad spectrum of social identities.
