Killer Hornets is a specialized nature documentary focused on entomology. Since the narrative centers on non-human subjects, it lacks the structural capacity for characters who reflect more than one aspect of diversity or the subversion of human social hierarchies. The film's low diversity score is due to its genre-specific focus on biological observation. It does not engage with the social or political dimensions necessary for a higher rating. While the film introduces non-Western biological elements by focusing on Japan, it does not include human cultural narratives or diverse cast members.
Category Breakdown
The film focuses solely on the biology of the Japanese Killer Hornet and does not include any human character arcs or explorations of gender identity.

The subject matter is centered in Japan, but the film lacks human cast members to provide racial diversity or multi-layered narratives.
The narrative centers on biological survival rather than human institutions. The term 'Samurai' is used as a metaphor for predatory instincts.
The film examines the physiological functions of insects, such as venom and stingers. There are no human characters or depictions of disability.
