Alone is a traditional domestic drama centered on interpersonal conflicts. The plot revolves around a widowed farmer dealing with relatives pushing for oil drilling rights. The film adheres to conventional narrative structures, focusing on masculine struggles over property and legacy. It lacks the complexity needed for a more progressive representation score. Ultimately, the work functions as a character-driven realism piece, staying within the bounds of standard rural drama without venturing into systemic critiques or diverse identity portrayals.
