AI Analysis

Shaadi Ke Side Effects is a conventional domestic comedy that prioritizes mainstream romantic tropes over social deconstruction. The narrative centers on the interpersonal nuances of a marriage, specifically the tensions arising from pregnancy and domestic pressures. The film operates within a very specific, homogeneous cultural milieu. While it provides an authentic look at urban middle-class life in Mumbai, it lacks the breadth of representation needed to challenge established social or gendered hierarchies. Ultimately, the film functions as a culturally specific drama that reinforces traditional structures. It focuses on maintaining the marital unit rather than exploring diverse identities or systemic social issues.
