The plot follows a spiritually scarred man returning home to care for a brother with brain cancer. While the film provides a meaningful look at chronic illness, it lacks intersectional complexity. The narrative relies on established dramatic tropes rather than subverting social hierarchies. Ultimately, the film operates within conventional boundaries, focusing on personal demons and spiritual enlightenment without exploring diverse identities or systemic critiques.
