New Showbiz Analysis

The film provides a critical look at class and the fragility of traditional family structures. It effectively challenges the idea of the 'perfect' middle-class family, highlighting the pressures of maintaining a traditional household. However, the film's focus on a homogeneous social group limits its engagement with multi-ethnic or diverse racial perspectives. While it uses queer relationships to drive its themes, it does not center on LGBTQ+ identities themselves. Ultimately, the work prioritizes a critique of social structures over diverse character demographics.
