AI Analysis

Alive or Dead operates as a standard genre piece, prioritizing suspense and survival over social commentary. The narrative architecture relies heavily on established horror tropes rather than intersectional storytelling. While the film provides a female-driven plot through Maria, it does not significantly disrupt traditional social hierarchies. The lack of documented progressive themes or diverse character studies results in a low overall score. Ultimately, the film functions as a conventional thriller. It avoids active harmful stereotypes but fails to provide meaningful representation across most identity categories.
