New Showbiz Analysis

The film stands out by placing women in positions of power and control, allowing them to shape the environment and direct the plot. This shifts the focus away from traditional gender roles. However, the film lacks broader diversity, focusing mainly on a straight-centered structure and traditional genre conventions. It does not offer much in terms of LGBTQ+ inclusion or racial diversity. Ultimately, while the film explores themes of temptation using occult elements, it primarily serves as a genre-specific exploration rather than a critical examination of societal structures.
