LGBTQ+ Representation
The film lacks LGBTQ+ characters or non-cisnormative identities. The social framework of Narnia operates entirely through a heteronormative lens.
Gender Representation
Leadership roles primarily favor the eldest male, Peter, reinforcing a patriarchal structure. While Susan and Lucy show agency, they often occupy roles defined by emotional intelligence.
Racial & Ethnic Diversity
The human cast is ethnically homogeneous, reflecting a specific British wartime context. Mythological species serve as fantasy archetypes rather than metaphors for racial diversity.
Religious & Cultural Diversity
The story relies heavily on Christian theological allegory through Aslan. It celebrates traditional Western moral frameworks and singular notions of heroism and duty.
Disability Representation
There are no prominent depictions of visible or invisible disabilities. Characters are defined by the physical capabilities required for high-fantasy combat.

AI Analysis
The film is a traditionalist high-fantasy production that prioritizes classical storytelling and established moral hierarchies. It leans into conventional gender roles and a singular, religious moral framework rather than subverting genre tropes. While the world of Narnia is mythically rich, the human elements remain ethnically homogeneous and culturally singular. The narrative architecture reinforces traditional Western archetypes and systemic power dynamics rather than disrupting them through intersectional representation.
