Nine high school kids celebrate graduation at a secluded home in the wilderness. They fight, philander, and feel nostalgic as they embark on a life away from home, in college. Once the party dies down they play a game: Dead Body. But when one party-goer takes the game too far, actually murdering the other guests one by one, it's up to the group to set aside their tensions, and ferret out the murderer before it's too late.

AI Analysis
Dead Body operates as a traditional slasher or whodunit, prioritizing plot momentum and suspense over social deconstruction. The narrative follows conventional horror tropes, focusing on interpersonal friction within a peer group rather than challenging systemic power structures. The film lacks intentional intersectional representation, appearing to default to a homogeneous group of characters. This focus on a survivalist mystery leaves little room for nuanced portrayals of diverse identities or complex social critiques.
