AI Analysis

Ferocious is a character-driven psychological thriller that prioritizes individual agency and the navigation of personal history. The film succeeds in centering a female protagonist who maintains autonomy while navigating professional and personal tensions. However, the film lacks intersectional complexity. The narrative focuses on the internal psychological landscape of the lead rather than disrupting broader social or cultural hierarchies. Without specific details on the ensemble's racial or queer identities, the film remains a relatively conventional study of power dynamics and past hierarchies.
