Rosa von Praunheim uses his expertise in queer cinema to document a underrepresented subculture with intentionality. The film provides a platform for voices often silenced by mainstream narratives, exploring complex human connections. The documentary excels at deconstructing social taboos and traditional moral frameworks. By focusing on the intersection of sex work, migration, and health crises, it offers a sophisticated look at systemic vulnerability. While the film offers deep insight into queer identity and male vulnerability, specific details about racial and ethnic representation remain tied to the inclusion of migration rather than explicit casting data.

Official Synopsis
Documentary about the current hustler scene in Berlin. Based on interviews with former and active prostitutes, the realities of male prostitutes in Berlin are treated. The film is objective, and records the hustler scene as a social Submilieu, which is characterized by both tragic fates, as well as everyday things and routines. Not only the direct sale of sexual services is discussed, but also other aspects associated with male prostitution: poverty, drug addiction, AIDS, crime, migration, love and partnership.
