Synopsis

Recently separated parents Tracie and Rick spend every other holiday with their young daughters Harper and Ava. But this Christmas, the girls have only one thing on their wish lists — to spend Christmas with both Mom and Dad at Tracie’s family farmhouse. The temporary reunion will be no walk in the park for Tracie and Rick, but perhaps this Christmas gathering can help rekindle the lost romance between the two and make their daughters’ greatest wish come true.

AI Analysis

Every Other Holiday is a conventional domestic drama that adheres strictly to established genre tropes. The narrative architecture is designed to reinforce traditional social structures, specifically the importance of family cohesion and the romantic ideal. The film lacks indicators of intentional intersectional disruption or the deconstruction of systemic hierarchies. Instead, it provides a narrative centered on emotional reconciliation within a standard familial framework. Ultimately, the story functions as a predictable holiday romance that prioritizes domestic stability over narrative subversion.
