New Showbiz Analysis

The film stands out as a meaningful piece of romantic storytelling, particularly within the Thai 'Girls' Love' genre. By focusing on a same-sex romance, it goes beyond typical clichés to explore the genuine emotional challenges of maintaining a long-distance relationship. The film successfully portrays women as independent individuals with their own professional goals. Instead of relying on outdated stereotypes, the characters are shown dealing with complex career issues in agriculture and fisheries. While the film offers a fresh take by avoiding a Western-centric narrative, it maintains a localized focus on the internal lives and contemporary struggles of its female characters.
