New Showbiz Analysis

Miracles from Heaven is a traditionalist biographical drama that prioritizes the reinforcement of established social, religious, and familial hierarchies. The film operates within a narrow demographic lens, focusing on a white, middle-class family unit that lacks intentional racial or ethnic blending. The narrative structure is designed to affirm conventional Western values and singular moral truths. While the film offers meaningful visibility into the struggles of chronic illness, it does so within a framework that reinforces standard domestic roles and religious structures rather than challenging them.
