Good Luck with That functions as a conventional genre piece that prioritizes action clichés over diverse character development. The narrative structure leans heavily on established cinematic clichés rather than social subversion. The film's reliance on the 'damsel in distress' dynamic and archetypal characters like ninjas suggests a focus on stylized entertainment. This approach favors predictable hero journeys over nuanced or diverse storytelling. Ultimately, the work adheres to traditional Western action structures, offering little in the way of complex representation or the challenging of social hierarchies.
