Official Synopsis

Dotty Duette gets pushed into the waters to drown by an unknown assailant, where she is then stuck on a magical golden road which drags her down to the underwater "Sinking Road Village". Once there, she meets the embodiments of the Buddhist precepts, some welcoming her and making her feel right at home until the road comes back down for her, and some, like the infamous 1st precept, being out for her blood.
