AI Analysis

Lights functions as a conventional science fiction mystery centered on personal loss and procedural investigation. The narrative focuses on a singular grief-driven journey rather than exploring intersectional identities or social hierarchies. While the female lead is granted agency in her search for truth, the film remains within established genre tropes. It lacks the markers of progressive narrative intentionality needed to disrupt traditional social structures. Ultimately, the film's architecture is built around individual character arcs and institutional involvement rather than diverse or subversive representation.
