Prologue is a character-driven exploration of youth and alienation, focusing on a collective of social outcasts navigating domestic trauma. It challenges traditional familial stability by positioning the nuclear family as a site of conflict rather than a source of strength. However, the film lacks specific visibility regarding identity-based representation. While it challenges social hierarchies, it does not provide clear evidence of LGBTQ+ identities or diverse racial casting. Ultimately, the film's strength lies in its thematic rejection of mainstream social structures, even if it remains quiet on specific multi-layered identities.
