AI Analysis

The film stands out by centering a queer domestic unit within a suspenseful framework. By making a lesbian couple the primary focus, it challenges the standard hierarchies often found in the thriller genre. While the film excels in LGBTQ+ representation, it shows more moderate engagement with racial and ethnic diversity. The casting suggests inclusion, but the narrative depth regarding these identities is not fully established. Overall, the work succeeds in subverting traditional tropes through its focus on non-cisnormative relationship structures and female-driven tension.
