New Showbiz Analysis

The film centers on a character-driven horror narrative that follows established genre conventions. While it highlights women's ability to drive the story through Michelle's role, it lacks complexity in addressing multiple aspects of diversity. The narrative focuses on personal history and seasonal traditions without engaging in broader social or cultural critiques. Ultimately, the production adheres to genre norms without a clear intent to challenge social hierarchies or promote diverse representation.
