AI Analysis

Coups de sang operates within a conventional crime-drama framework, prioritizing individual psychological trauma over intersectional exploration. The narrative architecture is built around traditional kinship structures and a central conflict between a son and his mother. The film lacks representation across several key categories, including LGBTQ+ identities and racial diversity. It functions as a character study of grief rather than a vehicle for social or systemic critique. Ultimately, the work follows a standard dramatic trajectory, focusing on restorative personal values rather than the disruption of established social hierarchies.
