AI Analysis

Curse of the Puppet Master is a traditional genre piece that relies heavily on established horror archetypes. The narrative focuses on the supernatural conflict between a doctor and his creations, leaving little room for social complexity. The film lacks intentionality regarding intersectional storytelling. It follows the homogeneous casting and gendered tropes common in late-90s independent horror, failing to challenge existing social hierarchies. Ultimately, the work functions as a straightforward B-movie. It prioritizes genre conventions and practical effects over diverse representation or progressive narrative subversion.
