Miss operates as a traditional romantic comedy that adheres to well-established genre conventions. The narrative revolves around a male protagonist pursuing a specific goal, which limits its exploration of social complexities. While the Argentine setting offers a non-Western backdrop, the film lacks depth in representing diverse identities or critiquing traditional social hierarchies. The focus remains on individual character arcs rather than broader systemic issues.
