Official Synopsis

In 2002, a serial murder case occurred in the seaside town of Dening. Gambler Sun Xingwang was killed, followed by Zhu Zhihong, deputy director of Donghu Market, and his brother Zhou Liang. The three murders were committed in the same way. Various suspicious evidence pointed to Jiang Siming, the sworn brother of Zhu Zhihong and Zhou Liang. When the police were closing in on Jiang Siming, he was attacked and hunted down. In a critical moment, the police took action and captured the real murderer. They thought the case could be closed, but the inside story was just revealed, and the fate storm of Jiang Siming and his wife Wu Yan swept in... In the seaside town of Fujian filled with incense, the murderer by the pillow, the lover in the crowd, and the fateful life waiting for redemption are hidden in the market.
